Contractors: Self Employed
Being a self employed contractor can cause stress of chasing payments from your agencies and issuing weekly invoices. Paytech Ltd can do this for you.
Most umbrella services will payroll monthly or fortnightly. Through out self employed service, we can payroll you every Friday. Faster payroll is also available for international accounts.
You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance contributions. This means telling HMRC about your income by filling in a Self Assessment tax return.
You must register as self-employed with HMRC within three months, or you could pay a penalty.

As you have chosen to be self employed, you will require an accountant to assist you with your tax and national insurance contributions. We can provide, free of charge, a statement of earnings on request thus enabling your accountant to have a full breakdown of your earnings.

There are no additional banking costs for international or UK transfers. However, if you request an early payment/same day transfer, there is a £10 CHAPS fee to be deducted from you.
We have a 3pm cut off time for our Wednesday payroll. If we receive your hours past this time, we may have to send your wages on a CHAPS on the Friday morning. This will incur the £10 fee also.
Payments made pay paytech ltd are submitted on a lloydslink system.
This is a secure payment system enableing us to make both UK and International Transactions, we can recive and send in any currency.
Pay slips are emailed to you on a weekly basis.
